Relationships are kind of like flowers....
You have to sort of sit back, water them a little and hope that something grows. It's takes extreme patience to not over water in the hopes that that will make something grow faster, when in fact, that can kill it before its even has a chance to grow. One can become antsy, because we know how Beautiful it can be once something does bloom. But even though we know the Blossoming stage will be so lovely, we can't skip through the budding stage. It's crucial. Let things flourish as they are meant to, and if nothing sprouts right away, if you really want that flower, continue to care for it, watering it when necessary but cautious not to drown it, and hope for the best. But also be prepared that the seed you've planted may very well not grow at all. You may have to choose a different flower for your garden. Either way, be at peace with what God gives you. Be happy and content with the process, however it unravels.
