Static transfers on the radio waves
Arcades, man made to amaze
or rather to distract
from the current display of violence
So as to not act
but stay in silence
and walk in blindness
Well I find this very disturbing
I've been observing for quite some time
A world confined by chains they cant even see
People who preach peace but kill
Who give to the poor only to steal it back
In fact this entire democracy
was built on a mockery of truth
Just who can be trusted?
Lies dusted under a rug of so called justice
and I'm just supposed to be okay with this
Well ignorance is not bliss to me
It gets to me
Deep within my thoughts it interests me
Thus, I continue to seek, and pray
Until the day I find answers.
