Our true character is revealed in what we do for God's broken.

Life is peachy just sitting in Church, singing a nice song and receiving a good word. And don't get me wrong, that's all wonderful, fellowship with other Christians is awesome.

But what did you do with the Word you received?
Is your Christian walk just a front?
Do you actually put to use God's word? Apply it to your life?
Do your actions reflect that of those who truly know the Lord?
Are you the Lord's servant or not?

The answer to these questions is so important. And so if you don't know your answers, seek them. And if you don't like your answers, change them.

I don't know whose quote this is, but it's powerful.

Don't sit high and mighty with God's children who are already saved and forget to walk humbly with God's children, whose hearts are broken and in desperate need of remembrance of His love for them. That they still matter. That God still cares.

Go and love on someone. Be a Light in the darkness.
